I am Carla, I am 26 years old and I was born and raised in Macerata (MC), between the world of spirits and the magical art of mixing, thanks to my incredible father, to whom I owe every knowledge that I possess today: the IBA World Champion Jorge Alberto Soratti.
Aware of the precious knowledge acquired thanks to my being a "daughter of art", I opened Spirits Boutique, a liquor and spirits shop suitable for every palate and I also deal with the marketing, financial and logistics management of JoM Spirits, a company with which I want spread the tradition of Soratti taste, with which I grew up.
With my work I hope to convey my passion for this world created by magical balances and refined flavors!
