Gin Emporia

Gin Emporia is the new gin produced by the Caffo distillery, producer of the Vecchio Amaro del Capo.

It is a fine gin, produced from Phoenician juniper berries, which are infused in neutral alcohol obtained 100% from wheat. The Phoenician juniper is a variety of juniper that grows spontaneously in Calabria, where it was brought there, according to legend, about 3000 years ago by the Phoenicians (who are remembered by the ship represented on the label of the bottle).
The mixture is secret: the experience of the master distillers mixes with the water of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the aromas of the main plant extracts typical of the Mediterranean (including lemon peel, lime, sage, absinthe) generating, through a double distillation process , a unique and rare flavour.

Dry, but with an extremely soft tone, it is a gin with a full, fine and engaging flavour, with fresh aromatic notes of juniper, citrus and spices. Perfect both in pure form and mixed in cocktails.
