Gin Ki No Bi

Produced by the Kyoto Distillery, the only Japanese distillery specialized in the production of gin, Ki No Bi is a spirit in perfect Japanese style, starting from the name which means 'beauty of the seasons' up to the production philosophy. The base is composed of rice alcohol and Japanese botanicals and the thought is that of 'konwa', that is, 'creating harmony', because the botanicals used are distilled separately in six groups, to then be combined and left to discover each other until the moment in which they will reach perfect harmony and balance!

Crystalline and bright, it has a delicate and enveloping nose of citrus, orange blossom and jasmine, together with hints of balsamic and slightly mentholated with a vegetal background. The taste is gentle just like the nose, it flows soft and gentle, surprisingly drinkable and with a long, harmonious and floral finish.
