GRAPPA NONINO Single-variety Moscato

The fresh Moscato pomace from suitable areas is fermented in steel vats under vacuum at a controlled temperature, in order to keep the pH under control and not disperse the substances responsible for the perfume. They are immediately passed on to distillation to avoid the start of unwanted fermentations. The distillation is discontinuous in steam-heated copper stills.
The grappa rests for at least 6 months in a large steel container before reducing the alcohol content and bottling.

Selected and destemmed pomace, fresh and soft harvested Moscato grapes linked to suitable production areas, 100% distilled with an artisanal method. Elegant, aromatic, soft and sensual with hints of roses, sage and vanilla.
