Starting from the precious raw material composed of fresh Glera grape pomace for Prosecco , coming only and exclusively from suitable areas of Valdobbiadene . The distillation which, as per tradition, follows the discontinuous artisanal method with the cutting of the heads and tails, in particular exclusive copper steam stills. The distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible for the aromas, correct evaporation and consequent condensation while maintaining the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen vine intact. The appearance upon organoleptic examination is crystal clear. The intense and penetrating scent. The taste is elegant, fresh and light, with a hint of sweetness that recalls the delicate scent of acacia flowers and Golden apple.
