Rum Explorer Marie-Galante Guadeloupe

Rum Explorer is an international project dedicated to the selection of exclusive barrels, created by Château du Breuil, a company widely renowned for the production of very high quality Calvados. Bielle is a small distillery based on the island of Maria Galante, Guadalupe, founded in the mid-18th century. Over time it has stood out for its extremely artisanal spirit and has become one of the most authentic symbols of its country. The Rums produced here are based on ancient traditions, and this is precisely what makes them unique: Bielle undoubtedly represents a point of reference for all distillers in the world.

The nose is powerful, with flavors of sugar cane and kaffir lime, combined with notes of exotic fruit such as pineapple and guava, as well as spices and vanilla. n the mouth it is explosive: it begins with references to sugar cane juice, citrus fruits and ginger. It then opens on notes of Creole spices, pepper and flowers. Intense and fresh finish, with hints of vanilla and orange blossom.
